International applicants (either natural persons or legal entities like LLC’s or foundations etc.) will require representation based in The Netherlands to be eligible for rulings from De Bijtende Rechter™ . Our foundation will provide the representation for this fixed fee and will establish a line of credit for you to pay or receive the fees incurred.
